To reserve the condo, a 50% deposit is required.  This deposit becomes non-refundable 30 days prior to the rental date.

The Condo will remain "available" on the calendar until the deposit is received.  If there is a cancellation of the reservation over 30 days prior to the rental date, the deposit will be refunded minus $100 to cover costs administrative costs associated with the lost reservation as well as remarketing the property.

The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the rental date. If within 30 days of the rental date, the full amount of the Condo rental rate is due.  If this is the case, please skip the deposit section below and instead go to the "Make Final Payment" section to pay the entire condo rate to reserve the Condo.
